Belize Travel Vlog: Cahal Pech Mayan Archeological Reserve & More

Come with me as I explore the ancient Mayan site of Cahal Pech in San Ignacio. A quarter mile in off the main highway, and tucked away in a residential neighborhood is the wonderful and rich history of the Ancient Mayan World. If you’re in San Ignacio Town or plan to visit soon, be sure to put this on your TO DO list. You can take the tour alone or if you’d like you can pay for a guided a tour. This is only one of the many magnificent Mayan sites we have in the country.

Also, in this video we visited Formosa Cafe in Belmopan. We stopped in at Belmopan to have lunch, and thought Formosa was a cute little cafe for us to enjoy a meal. It was lovely.

We stayed at a cute little Airbnb in San Ignacio called 82. It is located at 82 Bullet Tree Road. There has about 4 or 5 buildings on the property that is rented to visitors for short or long stays. We stayed in the Sanpopo Treehouse and it was such an affordable and comfy place to stay with an awesome nature vibe that I loved.

Later, in the evening, we dined at Tolacco Smoke House. The food was the BOMB! I always enjoy eating from there.
